Understanding the T&Cs

Please read these terms carefully before placing your order with us. These terms outline who we are, how we will provide goods to you, what to do if there is a problem, how you change or cancel your subscription and other important information.

 

Section 1 – Contacting Us

1.1 Bob Martin is distributed in the UK under licence by Pets Choice Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales, under company registration number GB 507 909 334 with our registered office at Brentwood House, Whitebirk Industrial Estate, Lower Philips Road, Blackburn, Lancashire BB1 5UD.

1.2 You can contact us by telephoning our Customer Services team on 01254 54545 (option 2), by email at subscriptions@petschoice.co.uk or by writing to us at Pets Choice, Brentwood House, Whitebirk Industrial Estate, Lower Philips Road, Blackburn, Lancashire BB1 5UD.

1.3 If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided to at time of order.

 

Section 2 – Your Subscription

2.1 Upon receipt of your order, we will send you at regular intervals as communicated to you at the time of your order.

2.2 If we choose to end this contract for any reason, we will notify you in writing as soon as possible and refund any unfulfilled transactions within 7 working days.

2.3 Subscription services are only available in mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

2.4 Eligibility. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may not place an order for our goods. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order placed by you or terminate your subscription if we believe that you fail to meet our eligibility criteria or that you have acted in breach of these terms and conditions or any of our other policies (including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Website Use).

2.5 Goods may vary slightly from their pictures. All photography is for illustrative purposes only and the actual item may vary in colour, design and size. The packaging of the goods may vary from that shown in images on our website.

2.6 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any substantial change will be notified on our website and on our app.

2.7. You can cancel and manage your subscription any time through your account at bobmartin.co.uk under the ‘My Subscriptions’ section. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Services team on 01254 54545 or by emailing subscriptions@petschoice.co.uk with your subscription order number, email address and full name. Please note that you will still be charged for any box which is despatched before we receive your notice of cancellation.

Section 3 – Your Account

3.1 To place an order, you will need to register for an account on our website at bobmartin.co.uk

3.2 Should you need to update your details, simply log into your account at bobmartin.co.uk. If you have forgotten your password, simply follow the link on the login page to reset it.

3.3 We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

 

Section 4 – Delivery

4.1 Your order will be sent to the address you provided to us during the order process within five working days of you placing your subscription order, with subsequent deliveries follow each month at the same address (unless you inform us of a change of details).

4.2 If you have an item which you believe is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Services team on 01254 54545 or by emailing subscriptions@petschoice.co.uk with your subscription order number, email address and full name. Please do not throw the packaging away as you may be asked to return it or take photographs of the damaged parcel/contents.

4.3 We will monitor lost items reports and reserve the right to terminate our contract with you where we believe those reports indicate fraudulent activity.

4.4 If you are not at home when the goods are delivered. Our boxes will fit through most standard size letterboxes. If for whatever reason a box does not fit through your letterbox and no one is available at your address to take delivery, Royal Mail will leave you a note informing you of how to collect the goods from your local sorting office. Please ensure that the delivery address you enter is correct. Goods that are returned to us will incur a further delivery charge.
