A: No, you should leave 7 days between applications.
Q: Does your Spot On Dewormer for cats treat for both Roundworm and Tapeworm?
A: Our Spot On Dewormer only treats for Tapeworm, it does not have an effect on Roundworm. To treat for both types of worms in cats, try our Bob Martin 2 in 1 Dewormer Tablets.
Q: Can your Double Action Spot On be used on pregnant/nursing cats and dogs?
A: Yes, the Double Action Spot On is safe for use on pregnant/nursing cats and dogs.
Q: Is there anything I should know when using Spot On products?
A: Ensure pets cannot lick the area of application of a Spot On while before it has dried;
- This means the Spot on has to be administered where the pet cannot lick itself
- The pet(s) that has been treated with Spot On should be kept separate from any other pets
- If you have a household with cats and dogs always use a Spot On that can be used in a house with both cats and dogs (like Bob Martin Double Action Spot On).
Q: My cat has a collar on, can I use any other products at the same time?
A: Collars, especially Flea Collars should be removed prior to using any other product on your cat.
Q: How can I stop excess glitter from coming off of the Bob Martin Glitter Flea Collar?
A: The best way to reduce this is to shake the collar over a sink before applying it to your cat.
Q: Can I use your My Little Friend products on Ferrets?
A: Yes, the whole range is suitable for use on Ferrets, dose according to weight.
Q: What are the ingredients in your My Little Friend Spot On?
A: The product contains S-Methoprene which is an insect growth regulator and the repellent used is Merck IR3535.
Q: How long do I have to stay out of the room for after treating with a Home Flea Product?
A: This will depend on what product has been used as it is not always necessary to vacate the room so always check the label before use.
Q: What is the difference between a repellent and an insecticide?
A: A repellent is a preventative treatment, i.e. it does not kill anything but deters them. An insecticidal product will kill the fleas/mites so is necessary to quickly get rid of a burden of fleas.
Q: How often do I need to give my pet a Bob Martin Flea Tablet?
A: Each Bob Martin Flea Tablet is effective within 15 minutes for a period of 24 hours. After the 24 hours another tablet can be given if required.
